
Chad Bjorkland’s responsibilities at Sapers & Wallack /The Hilb Group of New England’s strategic partner in the Group Benefits and Property & Casualty insurance sectors.
Chad’s responsibilities include client management and new business development with a focus on non-profit organizations and privately-held middle market companies. He helps protect his clients’ assets through risk identification, insurance program design, insurance coverage analysis, contract review and implementation of loss control resources. Chad works to reduce his clients’ total cost of risk by utilizing the risk management process and using customary and alternative risk financing methods. Chad joined The Hilb Group of New England in 2005.
A graduate of Bryant College with a BS in Finance, he holds both the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. Chad is an active member in the community. He serves as Board Treasurer for The Kent Center (a community-based mental health services provider), Board Member of Horizon Healthcare Partners (HHP), is a member of Rotary International and Education Committee Member for LeadingAge RI (association for not-for-profit aging services providers).

Becoming a father to my three wonderful children Parker, Bryce and Madison and husband to my beautiful wife Melissa.
