Kristen Maalouf has been a driving force at Sapers & Wallack since 2008, serving as Vice President of Operations & Client Service. In her role, Kristen works closely with executive leadership to shape firm operations, protocols, enhance client experience, and lead cross-functional initiatives. She manages a portfolio of over 8,000 life insurance clients, manages/trains our client service associate and interns and oversees the administration of the firm’s Salesforce CRM and internal systems.

Kristen’s influence extends beyond operations—she plays a key role in the sales cycle, internal branding, and client lifecycle management. She also manages the CEO’s personal business affairs, coordinating with legal and financial professionals to support alternative investment management and estate administration. Kristen is known for her operational insight, discretion, wit and commitment to delivering value at every level of the organization.
