Although the government has delayed the penalties for not offering health insurance to employees working until 2015, employers and their employees still have health reform obligations for 2014.  Additionally, there are strategic changes that can be made in the coming year to reduce and/or eliminate employer penalties in 2015.

In our Health Care Reform luncheon, expert Stacy H. Barrow from Proskauer Rose gave attendees a compliance calendar checklist and a detailed overview of recent developments and legal requirements.
