Sapers & Wallack to Participate in 7th Annual Employee Wellbeing Month

Company Joins Leading Organizations Worldwide in Pledging Support to Employee Wellbeing and Creating Healthy, Productive Workplaces and Cultures

Newton, MA  (June 1, 2015) – Sapers & Wallack today announced it has pledged support for, and will once again participate in, Employee Wellbeing Month, taking place throughout June 2015. This initiative, originally known as National Employee Wellness Month is in its seventh year. Business leaders across the world learn new ways to engage employees in healthy habits and lifestyles while celebrating their successes. Hundreds of companies and thousands of employees have pledged their support to this important initiative.

Wellness must fit with a company’s culture to success yet it plays a critical role driving productivity and helping organizations improve their bottom lines. Initiatives such as this one helps promote and celebrate workplaces that are taking steps to encourage employees to create and sustain healthy habits that lead to long-lasting results.

“This is Sapers & Wallack’s third year as a supporter of Employee Wellbeing Month, and our firm truly believes in the importance of healthy habits, so we aim to lead by example,” said Aviva Sapers, President and CEO of Sapers & Wallack. “We are encouraging employees to take part in a step challenge with a goal of walking 100,000 steps in the month of June. We’re also hosting an internal nutrition seminar for the staff to make sure we’re focusing on eating right.”

Employee Wellbeing Month is sponsored by Virgin Pulse, in partnership with the Strategies to Overcome and Prevent (STOP) Obesity Alliance, the Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease, and WorldatWork.
