Andrew MacDougall

Aviva E. Sapers is leading Sapers & Wallack in its third generation as President and CEO.
Her passion and outstanding expertise, dedication and true caring for her clients and her team earned the company a recognition on the Boston Business Journal’s list of the “Area’s Largest Women Run Businesses” in 2008.
Aviva received degrees of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from The American College, has her Certification in Long Term Care and is a licensed Insurance Advisor. She is a member of The Million Dollar Round Table’s Court of Table and The Association of Advanced Life Underwriters and NALU.
Aviva is a member of The Commonwealth Institute, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and serves on the boards of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston as well as the Presidential Advisory Council for the Berklee College of Music.
She earned a bachelors degree from Colby College, a MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School and is a registered representative and an investment advisor representative.
Andrew is Sapers & Wallack’s Director of Wealth Management and has worked in financial services for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Sapers & Wallack he has worked on both the institutional and personal side of investment management. With prior experience within the Corporate & Investment Bank for JPMorgan as well as being a managing director in charge of wealth management for a local RIA firm in Boston.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Assumption College and his MBA from Northeastern University with a concentration in investments. Additionally, he holds multiple prestigious designations in the field of financial planning: Retirement Income Certified Professional®, Chartered Financial Consultant® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Andrew resides in Lynnfield and enjoys spending time with his family, 3 children & friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and golf in his free time.
